CRYOPac™
CRYOPac™ is LNG fuel supply system for low and medium pressure LNG fuel engine, and is developed and composed to meet the engine requirements to be used in 2-Stroke Dual Fuel Engine using 16bar gas and 4-Stroke Dual Fuel Engine using 5~8bar gas. Weight of the LNG fuel tank is reduced by adjusting the tank’s design pressure at significantly low level to IMO type ‘C’ requirements compared to existing product while installing submersible type pump inside the tank for pressure required by the engine. It is spatially optimized by developing and installing an integral heat exchanger, which combines heat exchanger and middle hydrocarbon separator that are installed to meet fuel gas temperature required by the engine and Methane Number(MN), and also has price competitiveness. CRYOPac™ is composed of NK’s LNG fuel tank, HTF’s LNG fuel pump, Gwangsan’s integrated LNG heat exchanger, Korval’s LNG valve, Trans Gas Solution’s control system and others, and four series (for high pressure, low and medium pressure, low pressure and tank pressurizing)of CRYOPac™ will be launched. Specially, container type modulization system will be provided for small and medium size vessels for littoral sea sailing.
